Continued Care is an in-home care agency and a nursing pool founded by a Registered Nurse. Our philosophy is simple: nursing care should be conscientious, attentive and affordable.

Our home care and staffing model are designed to provide services that are: goal centered, realistic, measurable, holistic and tailored to meet each individual’s need.

 

 

We serve Wake, Durham, Johnson, Chatham, Orange, Wilson and some of the other surrounding counties.

 

We have various payment options: Private Pay, Medicaid, Private Insurance and Worker’s Compensation.
